Application AMR

Depalletizing cells

AMRs carry full pallets from the reception area or from the warehouse to the robot depalletizing cells, as well as the return transport of the pallets once they are empty.

End of line handling

AMRs handle pallets and packages outfeed from production or packaging lines or cells to the warehouse or outbound shipping zone.

Goods-to-Person

AMRs carry the goods to a person for order picking and return them to their initial position after picking is completed.

Goods-to-Robot

AMRs transport goods with precision to the robotic cells for the assembly of work in progress.

Inter-process connection

Inter-connecting two different processes in manufacturing or warehouse environment using AMRs.

Line supply & Kitting

Delivery of parts or kits by AMRs from inbound or warehouse to production lines, and pick-up of finished products and work-in-progress products.

Palletizing

AMRs transport pallets from the warehouse to the robot palletizing cells and carry packaged pallets back to the warehouse or to the outbound shipping area.

Subassembly Line

AMRs carry the work-in-progress assembly product through a production line where the assembly is performed in sequence or modular cells.

Train Flow

A train of trolleys or carts is towed by AMRs within the plant or connecting two different plants under a roof top.

Warehouse buffer

The loads are transferred to an intermediate buffer station prior to warehouse storage or outbound logistics.

Warehouse storage & Retrieval

Pallets or packages are stored on the warehouse racks by AMRs from the production lines or inbound logistics or retrieved from the warehouse to the production cells or robot cells or outbound logistics.
